Advanced Nurse Practitioner

Hallam Medical urgently requires an Advanced Practitioner/Prescriber to work in a busy Walk In Centre in the Sheffield area on a permanent basis – 38 hours per week.

Main duties will include the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharging of patients presenting at the centre and escalating of critical cases where necessary. Previous experience of working within a Walk In Centre or Urgent Care Centre required. It is essential that you are a Prescriber. Experience of using SYSTEM ONE and being in possession of a SMART CARD would be an advantage. Hours are on a full time basis covering shifts 7 days per week from 8am - 10pm. Shifts are 8 hours per day.

Salary is 40k (plus weekend and unsociable hour’s increments), NHS pension plus attractive holiday entitlement.
