Are you running in the London Marathon this Sunday?

We would love to hear from you.

If you are taking part in the London Marathon (whether running or volunteering) we would love to hear from you.

I am running

I am Volunteering

If you send us your contact details and tell us why you are running we will feature you on our website and across our social media.

Our London Marathon:

Our Head of Sales Operations, Chris Whawell is taking part in the London Marathon in aid of Children with Cancer UK- a cause very close to our hearts.

Chris is a keen distance runner and Sunday's marathon will be his 10th marathon and 3rd London Marathon.

This year Chris will be running to raise money for Children with Cancer UK; a charity dedicated  to fighting childhood cancer.

This charity is very close to the hearts of each and every one of the Hallam Medical family as the 17-year-old daughter of one of our team is fighting a daily battle against this cruel disease.

• Every day more than 10 children are diagnosed with cancer in the UK

• 8 out of 10 young patients can be successfully treated due to research that is partially funded by Children with Cancer UK

• Children with Cancer UK are trying to develop safer, kinder and more effective therapies with fewer toxic side effects

• Currently out of every £100 spent on cancer research in the UK, only £3 is spent on research into childhood cancer.

With your support we would love to improve this.

We know donations to this fantastic cause will mean more research can be funded, more awareness can be raised and more support can be offered to the children and families in their fight against childhood cancer.

The London Marathon is just a warm up for our ultra-runner Chris, as his main event is a challenging run of 69 miles.

In June he will compete in the Rat Race Run The Wall, covering this huge distance in one day running from Carlisle to Newcastle. The money raised from this event will also be donated to Children with Cancer UK.
