Advanced Nurse Practitioner - ANP

Hallam Medical have a fantastic opportunity for  Advanced Nurse Practitioners to work in a busy Emergency Care Centre in the South Yorkshire region. 

We are looking for highly motivated, fully autonomous practitioners who can Prescribe and are able to work within a fast paced setting.  

Main duties will include the assessment, diagnosis, treatment and discharging of patients presenting at the centre with minor illnesses. Prescribing when necessary. Previous experience of working within a Walk In Centre or Urgent Care Centre is essential. Experience of using SystmOne is required. 

The Emergency Care Centre is open 7 days per week and we are looking for practitioners who are able to work days, evenings and weekends.  

Educational requirements:
To be eligible for this role you must:

  • be NMC registered
  • hold a minor illness qualification
  • V300 Prescriber

Skill Set
To be eligible for this role you must:

  • assess and treat minor illnesses
  • have experience with SystmOne
  • see Adults and Paediatric patients
  • prescribe
