Are you an experienced Community Nurse looking for flexibility?

Hallam Medical would love to hear from Community RGNs (Band 5) (Band 6) to support community services across Leeds.

We are looking for Nurses to provide excellent nursing care and support both to staff and pre-identified patients, with the aim of reducing the need for hospital admissions.

Fantastic pay rates and flexible shift patterns to suit you; including family friendly hours. The service runs from Monday - Sunday.

Training will be provided, and you will have continuous support throughout your role.
